Shipping Policy

SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100 TO THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES.  We only ship to the United States and Canada!  If you live in Australia or New Zealand, we can ship smaller items to you, but please contact us for details.  If you live in Russia or surrounding areas, please use BAY.RU for your purchases, as we cannot ship directly to you.

We can ship to virtually any physical address in the lower 48 United States. We do ship products within 24 business hours of receiving your order.  Shipping times within the lower 48 states is 1-4 business days, depending on how far you are from Colorado.  We do ship with Fedex Ground or Home Delivery to the lower 48 States, so we cannot ship to a PO Box.   If you need expedited shipping, please email us with your zip code to determine costs.


Shipping is FREE on any order over $100 that is shipping to the lower 48 United States.  Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or other US Territories addresses, however we do discount these shipping costs from the actual costs.   

 

Shipping to Canada will be based on your order and it will be calculated when you place your order.  Shipping costs to Canada are discounted over the actual price to ship these items, if your order is over $100.  We only ship with the postal service to Canada.  There are duties and taxes charged to any order shipping to Canada, and to estimate those costs, please visit http://thefinalcost.com. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs to send the products to you.   If a snowboard has had bindings attached or if bindings have been attached to a snowboard, they are no longer considered new and we cannot take them back.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. - this does not include warranty items).  Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and we do recommend returning items insured and with tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
